Synthflow AI Is Disrupting Voice AI with Enterprise-Ready, No-Code Solutions
The voice AI space is getting louder, but Berlin-based Synthflow AI is cutting through the noise with a clear vision and strong traction. Launched in 2023, Synthflow offers a no-code platform that allows enterprises to build and deploy white-labeled voice AI customer service agents, quickly and at scale.
With over 1,000 customers and more than 45 million calls processed, Synthflow is gaining attention for its enterprise-grade features, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance and seamless integration with 200+ platforms like Salesforce, Twilio, and HubSpot.
What sets Synthflow apart? The startup’s core team, Hakob Astabatsyan (CEO), Albert Astabatsyan (CPO), and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky (CTO)—began experimenting with ChatGPT’s API in 2023. After realizing the technical complexity of real-time voice AI, they focused solely on solving this challenge.
Synthflow saw a 15x growth in 2024 and now processes 5 million calls monthly, with 90% enterprise customer retention. Backed by a $20 million Series A round led by Accel, the company plans to expand its team and open a U.S. office.
Synthflow has a solid product roadmap and a dominant position in the enterprise speech AI industry, which positions it well as AI speeds up.
