Naïve Raises $28.5M to Automate Business Setup and AI Operations
Naïve, an AI infrastructure startup, has raised $28.5 million in Series A funding to help developers automate the repetitive work involved in setting up and running businesses. The company is building infrastructure that allows AI agents to handle tasks ranging from company formation and payments to cloud resources, email, phone systems, and business operations.

Naïve Raises $28.5 Million in Series A Funding
Naïve has secured $28.5 million in Series A funding, led by Nexus Venture Partners. The latest round brings the company’s total funding to approximately $32 million.
Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and several angel investors also participated in the round. Investors include Gokul Rajaram, Apollo.io co-founder Tim Zheng, and former HubSpot COO JD Sherman.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its engineering and research teams and develop new infrastructure for AI agents.
What Does Naïve Do?
Naïve is building an infrastructure platform designed to let AI agents handle much of the operational work required to launch and run a company.
Instead of setting up different services manually, developers can connect AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to Naïve’s API.
The platform can then help agents provision different parts of a business through a single interface.
These services include:
- Company incorporation
- Payment infrastructure
- Email accounts
- Virtual cards
- Phone numbers
