Delta SkyMiles Members Can Now Earn Miles with Uber Rides and Uber Eats
Delta and Uber have announced a multi-year partnership where SkyMiles members can earn miles for Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries in the U.S. This was announced at CES 2025 and marks the end of Delta’s partnership with Lyft which ends on April 7, 2025.
Starting spring 2025, Uber users linked to Delta SkyMiles will earn:
- 1 mile per dollar spent on $40+ orders with Uber Eats and UberX rides to/from airports.
- 2 miles per dollar spent on premium rides like Uber Comfort or Uber Black.
- 3 miles per dollar spent for advance ride reservations.
There will also be enhanced Uber pickup and drop off experiences at Delta hubs but more on that later.
This partnership further solidifies Delta’s connection to innovative mobility solutions as they partner with Joby Aviation, an electric air taxi service. Joby is partnering with Uber and Delta to reimagine urban and air travel integration and they are launching in 2025.
Uber, Delta and Joby spokespeople have been mum on details so far but this is a big step towards ground to air travel integration.
