Naboo Raises $21M to Revolutionize Corporate Event Booking with AI-Powered Platform

Naboo raises $21M in Series A from Notion Capital just 11 months after seed round. The company is changing the way companies book corporate events with its concierge-style, all-in-one marketplace that simplifies venue selection, catering, transport and more.

Simplify Corporate Event Planning

Booking a corporate event venue is a complex and time consuming process. Naboo solves this with an Airbnb-style platform for corporate retreats and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events. The platform helps companies define procurement policies, manage approvals, invoices and payments all in one place.

Rapid Growth and Market Impact

Naboo’s strategy is paying off with booking volumes going from €15M in 2023 to €60M in 2024. The company makes money with a 17% take rate (10%-12% from providers and 5%-6% from clients). In 2024, Naboo generated around €10M in revenue.

The platform is already used by big corporations like Google, Société Générale, Veolia, Arkema, Thales and Qonto. 10% of French public companies listed on the CAC40 index have used Naboo and 10 contracts are above €1M in annual booking volume.

Expansion and Automation

With new funding, Naboo will automate tasks currently managed by project managers. The company has 140 employees including 20 freelancers. Naboo is also expanding to new markets with a strong focus on the UK where it already generates 10% of its revenue.

The future of Corporate Event Booking

As companies look for centralized platforms to optimize their spending, Naboo’s growth shows there is a growing demand for event planning solutions. With this new funding, Naboo is ready to scale globally and enhance its AI-driven booking platform.

Stay tuned as Naboo changes the corporate event industry with innovation and efficiency!
