Death Clock App Predicts Your Death Date and Offers Life-Extending Tips
A new app called Death Clock is making waves by telling you when you’re going to die and giving you advice on how to live longer. Unlike previous versions, this one uses AI trained on over 1,200 life expectancy studies so you get a more accurate prediction.
A Smarter Approach to Life Expectancy
Originally inspired by the iPod Death Clock app from 2006, developer Brett Franson has taken it to the next level. The new Death Clock app combines modern tech with questionnaires to give you personalized predictions.
The app asks for basic stuff like age, gender and ethnicity and in-depth questions on mental health and chronic conditions. One user increased their predicted death to 90 years old after using the app.
Features That Make Death Clock Stand Out
The app does more than just predict mortality. For $40 a year it will:
- Personalized lifestyle tips: advice on how to live healthier.
- Countdown clock: a live countdown to your estimated death.
These features are designed to motivate you to make better choices and live longer.
Practical Benefits Beyond Curiosity
Death Clock isn’t just about curiosity or sharing your death date online. It has real world applications. As financial planner Ryan Zabrowski says “A huge concern for seniors, our retirees, is outliving their money.” Accurate life expectancy predictions can help you plan your finances better so your money lasts as long as you do.
Is Death Clock Worth Trying?
Whether you want a wake up call to get healthier or a practical tool for planning ahead, the Death Clock app is a unique way to face mortality head on. With its AI driven insights and advice it’s more than just morbid curiosity it’s a game changer.
